These terms outline how reservations are confirmed, how vehicles are handed over, and the expectations for corporate travelers using the Forest Leap fleet.
Reservation process
- Requests are confirmed in writing once availability is verified.
- Daily fees are calculated per calendar day, excluding fuel costs.
- Corporate accounts may request weekly summaries.
Vehicle use
- Vehicles must remain within approved business routes.
- Clients agree to follow handover checklists provided by Forest Leap.
- Any incident must be reported within 24 hours.
